Telephone Security Line - "Hello, how are you?"

A safety measure aimed at checking on our beneficiaries daily to ensure their well-being (available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., excluding statutory holidays). These calls are made by volunteers who come to the Centre come rain or shine.

Friendly Visits and Phone Calls

These services create a regular and a friendly contact with the beneficiary, thereby reducing isolation. The Centre requires a commitment of at least 2 hours per week to develop a mutual sense of trust. A beneficiary and their volunteer are paired based on their respective affinities. The schedule is flexible, depending on the availability of the volunteer and the needs of the beneficiary.

Shopping Service

By shopping, we mean grocery shopping, with the possibility of visiting the pharmacy, dry cleaner, etc. The schedule is flexible, depending on the volunteer's availability and the beneficiary's needs. The Centre requires a commitment of at least 2 hours per week to create a mutual sense of trust. A beneficiary and their volunteer are paired based on their respective affinities.

Accompaniment Service

The accompaniment ensures safe travel during medical appointments.
Please note that the beneficiary is responsible for their transportation (both the means and the cost) as well as that of their volunteer.
